§ 01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Subscriber," or "you") and hwebview.com ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By registering for an account, starting a free trial, or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all visitors, browsers, and registered users of hwebview.com. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to both yourself and that entity. If you lack such authority, you may not accept these Terms and must not use the service.
We may modify these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after any change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
§ 02 Description of Service
hwebview.com operates an online video library dedicated to web development education. Our platform provides subscribers with on-demand access to curated video tutorials, structured learning paths, code walkthroughs, and supplemental reference materials covering topics including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, responsive design, accessibility standards, performance optimization, and modern development tooling.
Access to the platform requires a valid subscription. The content library is continuously updated — new videos are added regularly, and certain content may be retired, restructured, or updated to reflect current industry practices. The volume and specific composition of available content may vary over time, and we do not guarantee the perpetual availability of any individual video, course, or learning path.
Our service is provided strictly for personal, non-commercial educational use. Commercial deployments — such as using our platform content in paid training programs, corporate onboarding systems, or resale contexts — require a separate written commercial license agreement.
§ 03 Account Registration and Security
To access our video library, you must create an account using a valid email address and a password that meets our minimum security requirements (at least 10 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters). You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep that information current throughout your subscription.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. Each subscription is intended for use by one individual. You may not share your login credentials with others, allow multiple people to use your account concurrently, or create accounts on behalf of third parties without explicit written authorization from us. Detected abuse of concurrent sessions may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access or a security compromise, you must notify us immediately at legal@hwebview.com and change your password without delay. We will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
§ 04 Subscription Plans and Billing
hwebview.com offers three subscription tiers, each providing a different level of access to our content library and platform features:
All plans are billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis. The first billing date is the date on which you complete your subscription purchase. Subsequent charges occur on the same calendar day of each month. Prices are stated in US Dollars and exclude applicable sales tax or VAT, which will be added where required by law based on your billing address.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. You may cancel at any time before the change takes effect to avoid being charged the new rate.
§ 05 Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase date. This guarantee applies to first-time subscriptions only. To initiate a refund, email legal@hwebview.com with your account email and order reference. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings under "Billing & Subscription" or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle — you will retain full access to the platform until that date and will not be charged for the following period.
After the initial 30-day period, subscription fees paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection law. Renewals that you did not intend to make due to a billing error may be refunded at our discretion if reported within 7 days of the charge. Refund requests related to purported technical inability to access content require prior engagement with our support team to attempt resolution.
§ 06 Intellectual Property Rights
All content available through hwebview.com — including but not limited to video recordings, scripts, code samples, written commentary, course structures, graphics, logos, and platform interface elements — is owned by hwebview.com or its content licensors and is protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream platform content for your own personal educational use during the period in which your subscription remains active. This license expressly does not permit you to download, copy, screen-record, reproduce, redistribute, republish, sublicense, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us regarding the platform may be used by hwebview.com without restriction, attribution, or compensation, and you hereby assign all intellectual property rights in such submissions to us.
§ 07 User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
By using hwebview.com, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Screen-recording or downloading content
- Reverse-engineering platform systems
- Scraping or automated data extraction
- Uploading malicious code or files
- Circumventing geographic or access restrictions
- Impersonating hwebview.com or our staff
- Reselling access or content to third parties
- Using our platform in violation of any law
- Interfering with platform availability
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who we believe, in our sole discretion, has violated these conduct standards, including account suspension, termination without refund, and referral to law enforcement authorities where warranted.
§ 08 Content Availability
hwebview.com continuously updates its video library to reflect advances in web technologies, changes in industry standards, and subscriber demand. We add new content regularly and are committed to growing the platform's value over time.
However, we do not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific video, series, or learning path. Content may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, licensing changes, or quality review processes. Significant content removals — such as the retirement of a complete course — will be announced in advance wherever reasonably practicable, with at least 14 days' notice.
Note: Platform availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, infrastructure incidents, or force majeure events. We target 99.5% monthly uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned downtime will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via our status page.
§ 09 Limitation of Liability
hwebview.com provides its platform and content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hwebview.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or employment prospects, arising from or related to your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to hwebview.com in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or consequential damages, so certain of the above limitations may not apply to you.
§ 10 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or your use of hwebview.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For users located outside the United States: use of our platform constitutes your consent to the application of California law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in San Francisco County, California, for any disputes not subject to the arbitration provision in Section 11.
§ 11 Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute process, we ask that you contact us directly at legal@hwebview.com to describe your concern. We genuinely prefer resolving disagreements informally and commit to responding substantively within 10 business days of receiving your written description of the dispute.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California, unless the parties agree otherwise. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis only. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or representative action against hwebview.com. This waiver is a material term of this agreement and cannot be severed independently of the arbitration clause.
